Following a gas escape, Southern Gas Networks are working to find the leak and repair the relevant pipes on Hook Road, opposite Ash Tree Close ( North of the junction with the A3). They repaired one side of the road without causing much disruption but now they have to do some repairs on the opposite side of the carriageway and they had to install two-ways temporary traffic lights to carry out these emergency works.
